Return and Exchange Conditions
- The product must be in its original condition, unused by the customer, and include all original packaging and accessories. MF reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the product has been used.
- Shipping costs for the original order will be deducted in all cases (change of mind, manufacturing defect, or wrong product sent), whether it's a return or exchange.
- The customer bears the shipping cost for the return or exchange in the following cases:
- Change of mind
- Correct size but not suitable
- Color mismatch between product and pictures
- Mf fragrance will cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges only in the following cases:
- Manufacturing defects
- Wrong product sent
- Product damaged during shipping
- The Quality Team at MF is responsible for determining whether the customer’s complaint qualifies as a manufacturing defect. The team has the right to reject the claim, require the customer to pay shipping fees, or reject the return/exchange request.
- A return or exchange can be made without the original invoice, as long as the customer provides the order number or phone number used to place the order to verify the order details and date.
- The order amount will be refunded using the same payment method:
- For Cash on Delivery (COD), the amount will be refunded in cash through the shipping representative.
- For online payments, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s bank account within 7 to 14 working days, depending on the bank.
